Kuljeet Kalkat’s love for property and restoring homes brought him to real estate in 2015 after a long and successful career in technology. Kuljeet loves helping his clients reach their real estate goals with his caring and consultative approach. His clients benefit from his knowledge and understanding of the market, construction, and valuation.

His passion for real estate started in Chevy Chase, Maryland in the late 80s, where he won an award for remodeling a historic home. Kuljeet continued to stay involved in real estate as an investor and developer throughout his career until joining the Troyer Group in 2015 as the Chief Operating Officer where he was chartered to streamline and automate all internal processes and systems.

Kuljeet graduated with a B.Sc. from University of Maryland and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Kuljeet currently serves on the Financial Commission for the City of Los Altos.
