MINI KALKAT is an avid real estate enthusiast and has been working in real estate for over 25 years. In 2011, Mini joined the Troyer Group and in 2015 she was recognized for being in the top 1 percent of Realtors nationwide. Her love for real estate and knowledge of construction and the market has helped her gain this achievement.
Mini Kalkat developed a passion for real estate in her early years growing up in Africa. After graduating with a degree in Land Management in the U.K., she worked for Jones Lang LaSalle in Hanover Square, London where she became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. She has been involved in commercial appraisal, commercial portfolio management, and real estate development and sales.
Mini has owned a local business in Los Altos and served on the Planning Commission Board for the City. She loves to do home remodel projects as a hobby. Her clients benefit from her respect and connections in the local community where she has raised two children and volunteered in their schools.

Born and raised in Silicon Valley, David has lived in Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Los Altos and now lives in Los Altos Hills with his wife, 3 children and 3 dogs.
