THE STORY:

This traditional ranch-style home was lovingly owned by the same family since 1957. The floor plan was great, we just needed to do some extensive updates to bring the house up to “show quality.” We brought in a construction company to do numerous repairs, handyman work, and replace light fixtures, doors, and flooring. Then, we painted, refinished the hardwood, cleaned, landscaped, and staged the home before putting it on the market. The updates we did really freshened up the space and made it very attractive to potential buyers.
