THE STORY:

This house is in a great location and on a large lot. We suspected that the buyer of this property would be interested in either remodeling or building new, but we still decided to do a few updates before it went on the market. We cleared the house, painted, put in new flooring, cleaned, landscaped, and staged. And as a service to the clients, we assisted them in hosting a garage sale to get rid of some of their items prior to the sale. When all the work was done, the house looked clean and presentable for the showings.
